All participants must be 18-35 years old
Must address at least one of the four coreYSEALIThemes:

Three main team-members (leader, secretary, treasurer) must beYSEALI
members from one of the 11YSEALI Countries and not have had any recent
involvement (in the past 2 years) with a program that received funding from the
U.S. government.
Projects must be completed between March-December 2023
