 Citizenship – Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines,
Singapore,Thailand,Vietnam,Timor-Leste
 All participants must be 18-35 years old
 Must address at least one of the four coreYSEALIThemes:
 Civic Engagement
 Education
 Economic Empowerment and Social Entrepreneurship
 Environmental Issues
 Three main team-members (leader, secretary, treasurer) must beYSEALI
members from one of the 11YSEALI Countries and not have had any recent
involvement (in the past 2 years) with a program that received funding from the
U.S. government.
 Projects must be completed between March-December 2023
