Description: The project focuses on delivering 24*7 supports for web applications of Ikea
and troubleshoots any issue with minimum or no downtime of the applications. This project
supports both application tier as well as web tier of the application infrastructure.
Contribution: Playing a role of L2 and monitoring the applications, working on new
projects, migrations. Have worked extensively on providing support for middle ware
administration and application servers. Have very good command on Solaris 10 and
Weblogic Administration and has good skills in OAS administration. Following are the
activities executed in the project
 Supporting production and non-production applications and maintaining servers of
various environment (Solaris & Linux)
 Support deployments in different environments of the application servers
