Challenges of Active and Passive Candidates
Active Candidates:
• The job seekers those who are not involved in any
projects and currently available to work for our
requirements are called Active Candidates.
Passive Candidates:
• The Candidates are already working in a project,but
he/she are interested to work with our requirements
are called Passive Candidates.
Active Candidates
• Active Candidates are available at any time can easily
reach.
• They are ready to relocate.
• They ready to work for contract or full time.
• They can have good technical knowledge and skills.
• Rate Confirmation is tough but we can negotiate it.
Passive Candidates
• Passive Candidates are not available at any time.
• It is hard to reach them.
• They are currently working in a project so sometimes
candidate not interested to work with our requirements.
• They won't relocate.
• They expect high rate/salary.
• Sometimes Employeer wants to take care the candidates
based on their taxes.
How to Extract the Candidates Strength?
• Candidates are perfect in Communication.
• Clear In Technical Skills.
• Project Experiences.
• Studied in Top Colleges/Universities.
• Expertise in different Domains.
• Proper Responses.
• Candidates are worked with Benefits.
How to Extract the Candidates Strength?
• They are not easily accept for Rate/Salary
confirmation.Because they worked for high
rate/salary.
• Worked in Top Companies with high rate/salary.
• Answering any technical Questions.
• Number of Years Working.
• They won,'t relocate.
