The Posters-Step 1 On June 22nd 2009, the first pictures of Alice In Wonderland were released, the pictures showed Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter, Anne Hathaway as the White Queen, Helena Bonham Carter as the Red Queen, Matt Lucas as Tweedledee and Tweedledumand Mia Wasikowska as Alice. In July 2009 new pictures of the film emerged of Alice with the white rabbit , the mad hatter with a hare, the Red Queen with a pig and the White Queen with a mouse.
3. The Trailers-Step 2 Teaser Trailer On July 22nd 2009 a teaser trailer from the Mad Hatters PVO was released by IQN but was taken down after Disney claimed it has been leaked. The real teaser trailer was shown at comic con on July 25th but was different to the one that had been previously leaked. Online-Step 3 Facebook Pages Facebook pages for the Red Queen, White Queen and Mad Hatter were set up for the public to choose a side and the members of the page with the highest number of members would then be the first to see the first, exclusive trailer for the film.
