2. How do the Kidneys help in the Urinary System? The Kidneys filters blood and removes waste producing a liquid called pee. Each Kidney has millions of pee making- units called Nephrons that filter the blood that flows through the Kidneys.
3. How does the Bladder help in the Urinary System process? After the kidneys help, the pee goes through 2 thin tubes called ureters. The pee then finds its self in the bladder where its stored.
4. What happens with the pee when its in the bladder? When the pee’s ready to come out, the pee goes out through a little tube called the urethra. The pee, when its in the bladder is waiting to come out. Once the bladder starts to fill up, your body lets you know it time to find a bathroom.
