Of Bogotá (Engativá)The Botanical Garden offers a
charming space due to the beauty of its flora. One of
the most important tourist places in Bogotá is the
Botanical Garden, located in Engativá. It owes its
name to the renowned naturalist, mathematician and
astronomer José Celestino Mutis. It is a city within an
ecosystem. When you visit it, you will find different
types of plants and species, among which the Flor de
Mutis stands out as the emblem of the garden. It also
has collections of orchids and wax plants that add a
unique touch to the landscape. It is one of the best
tours in Bogotá, for its modern Herbarium where you

One of the emblematic dishes of this
typical Bogota cuisine is the ajiaco
