Over the past decade, violence around the world has increased and transferred into schools. Many people struggle with controlling their anger. The group proposes introducing Tai Chi in schools to help students reduce stress and release anger in a non-violent way, leading to less violence within the school and community. They have created an organization called No More School Violence to educate about the issue and teach Tai Chi as an alternative to dealing with anger or violence.

15. Tai Chi allows for releasing of stress and anger in a non violent, peaceful, and controlled way. This will lead to less violence in a schooling environment which will lead to less violence in all of the schools interactions.
