Introducing ZyloMed Mobile
ZyloMed Mobile is now available for FREE in the Apple iTunes App Store! This application
allows you to dictate and sign your reports right from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch.
Installation is fast and simple, just search ZyloMed in the App Store and you’ll be ready
to go in minutes!
When coupled with a demographic feed from your EMR or patient scheduling system,
it is no longer necessary to dictate the patient name, patient ID, or date of visit. Simply
touch the patient you wish to dictate, press Record, and the voice file will be sent to our
transcriptionist, prepopulated with the correct patient information. From the dictation
screen, you can also make the file a STAT so important cases move immediately to the
top of the queue.
Review your preliminary notes anywhere or anytime using ZyloMed Mobile. Entering
the Preliminary / Needs Approval queue will display all patients ready for your signature.
You can zoom, pinch, and rotate to optimize your view, and just touch Complete when
ready to electronically sign. Any notes that require editing can simply remain in your
queue until you have the opportunity to edit from your computer.
Another feature we are proud to annouce is a PDA version of InQuiry. From any smart
phone with internet access or any web browser, you can search and view past reports
from your facility. Just log in to https://www.emdat.com/pdainquiry on your device and
your records are available! Add the bookmark to your home screen for quick future
reference.
