football field to other scenes quickly changing but all of them have zombies in this gives the viewers
a feeling like nowhere is safe.
Most of the locations represent disaster with destroyed cars and lots of hazards giving a feeling that
there is no place to run or be safe. There is a mix between day and night time scenes most of them
are low lighting anyway.
Cinematography
The first scene the camera is upside down giving us viewers an idea of how things are going
in the world with eerie non diegetic music and a voice over of the main actor Columbus the
location of the black presidents car upside down represents disaster
One of the first shots in the opening sequence is an extreme close up of the zombie
showing he has no emotions and no remorse, he has no feelings as he is eating a human
with no facial expressions. The blood and cuts all over his face are extremely disturbing
making the viewers feel uneasy and dislike the character.
The next transition makes you feel sorry for the character as it is a close up of his facial
expression while being chased by by a zombie that is out running him the camera is eye
level so its higher than the zombie witch gives the impression that he is more important.
