2. Spring House
• The Spring house was the original home
• I used an old car that had an alpha and used
the color range tool to mask it and fixed where
the mask would delete parts of the actual car
• Gaussian Blur was an essential to every single
one of these homes to show depth of the actual
home.
• Stacked Ivy lining the roof of the house gave it
the overgrown look that i was looking for.
• I masked off everything including the ivy before
actually modifying it with adjustment layers to
keep everything from being destructive.
3. Summer House
• The summer house Consisted of adjustment
layers to the trees to change the colors to a
bit more vibrance during the summer
season.
• Curves and Levels were used for the grass
and trees to modify how the trees looked in
each season
• The summer glow was just a solid with
gaussian blur, dropped opacity and an
overlay layer.
4. Fall House
• The fall season was one of my favorites to
work on because of the vibe given off.
• Again, adjustment layers, levels, curves, and
contrast was fixed to accommodate time of
day and continuity.
• Leaves were added and painted in shadows
to show lighting qualities along with the car
having painted shadows.
• The floor being leaves was edited with
curves and levels also along with
perspective warp (alt Click) to give the
illusion of Depth.
5. Winter House
• The winter house was a real challenge
especially with the snow.
• I modified the leaves on the car and dropped
the saturation along with a gaussian blur to
mimic the snowy look.
• Color range with a layer mask and
adjustment layer was added to make the
snow look on the trees along with hand
painted snow on the fence with the brush
tool.
• Hue and saturation once again to cool down
the scene with a more subtle tone.
