Zigbee technology was at the year 1998.
In summer of 2003,Philips semiconducters, a major
mesh network supporter, ceased the investment.
The zigbee specifications were ratified on 14th december
2004.
The zigbee alliance announces public availability on 13th
June 2005, known as zigbee 2004 specification.
During the last quarter of 2007,zigbee PRO, the
enhanced zigbee specification was finalized .

7. HOW ZIGBEE WORKS ?
Zigbee uses digital radios to allow devices to
communicate with another .A network coordinator
is a device that set’s up the network ,is aware of all
the Nodes within its network ,and manages
both the information about each node as well as
the information that is being transmitted within
the network.Several topologies are supported by zigbee
tech. including star , mesh and cluster Tree .Star
topology is most useful when several and devices are
located closed together.

the 2006 specification and argues that
the network will isolate many units that
could be connected .The group
