The document shows the project “Site Compliance Management” implemented in EniServizi: a solution that revolutionizes the management model to achieve the goals of optimization, enhancement and sustainability.
As a result of the continuous evolution of rules and regulations, it has emerged the need to monitor the building throughout its life cycle through the standardization of procedures, an accurate control of assets, plants and equipments, space optimization and energy efficiency.
Mobile tools adoption, smartphones and tablets along with NFC technology, allowed us to simplify the management of plant consistencies, the integration of BMS systems for energy management on a single control platform, the normalization of policy for energy savings, the integration of maintenance processes and compliance procedures.

The ‘IntEntSem’-concept was started by the faculty in Business Administration of University college Ghent in Knokke, Belgium in 2011 and is touring around Europe since 2012. With a first stop in Wilhelmshaven, Germany in april 2012.
It is coordinated by Dare to Venture – University Ghent, together with the faculty in Business Administration of University College Ghent.
The goal of an international seminar is to facilitate and to mobilize students to get more and longer international experiences and to raise student mobility. During the seminars, students should get acquainted with both students and teachers from other countries. They will follow lectures and/or work together on entrepreneurship in different ways. They will face other views and other methods in the field of entrepreneurship at the university, hosting that specific year. Their intercultural competences will be enlarged.
We also want to encourage the students to be entrepreneurial in their environment, build self-confidence, create meaningful relationships and unlock creativity. The seminar gives young potentials the opportunity to enhance their entrepreneurial and analytical skills. It will also widen their network with peers who are, through their choosing, our future leaders.

I believe that what makes my work
interesting - particularly in the initial
stages of projects, is my way of interpretation
and expression through different
techniques of presentation.
Thinking outside the box, I can quickly
search for relevant information, set
parameters and establish relationships
that are important for the project
development. This means speed and
objectivity, important qualities in work
environments marked by short deadlines.
I was born in Recife, a northeast
state in Brazil, but moved constantly in
different moments of my life, living in
different cities - Recife, João Pessoa,
Fortaleza, Olinda and Vitória of Espirito
Santo. From a young age I learnt to
adapt to different contexts
I grew up circumscribed by rich urban
contexts, yet with incredible natural
surrounds with wonderful views, where
contrast was predominant. Places
marked by generosity in space, large
scale and typical contrasts...
Undoubtedly, this background had an
important infl uence on me and inspired
my professional trajectory. I started my
university studies on Civil Engineering.
My creative spirit and aptitudes led me
to become an architect and urbanist.
I moved to Europe, and with this came
the opportunity to expand my professional
experience.
I established residence in Maastricht –
which along with Aachen, Hasselt and
Liege form the Meuse-Rhine Euregion.
I was fascinated by the facility to cross
borders between the different countries
in the region – Netherlands, Germany
and Belgium.
This international context led me to a
master of architecture from the Academy
of Architecture and Urbanism in
Tilburg, The Netherlands, which allows
me to work as an architect and urban
planner in Europe,
