Ohio Department of Rehabilitations and Corrections -Madison Correctional Institution is one of twenty-eight state ran
and operated prisons in Ohio. MaCI opened their doors in 1987 on 125 acres just south of Columbus, in Madison
County, Ohio. MaCI employees approximately 459 trained law enforcement professionals. MaCI houses approximately
2,400 level 1 (minimum security), level 2 (medium security), and level 3 (close security) inmates within our 20 units; not
to include inmates housed in segregation or the infirmary. Rhonda Richards is the Warden of MaCI; Deputy Warden of
Operations- Seth D. McQue, Deputy Warden of Special Services- Bobbie C. Boggan, and Darcy A. Turner is

required to supervise or provide support to the battle field by conducting maneuver and mobility support (MMS); area
security; internment resettlement operations; police intelligence operations; prisoner of war operations; civilian internee
operations; law and order operations on the battlefield and support to the peacetime Army community through security
of critical Army resources; crime prevention programs and preservation of law and order; planning, resource
management and unit administration of company YTC; assists in MOS qualification and sustainment training for
personnel; maintains training records and ensures proper rehearsal and preparation for training occurs; prepares unit
