Development, Christopher “Chris” Carmicle has more than
20 years of experience in engineering, construction, and
development. An executive with PLC Management,
Christopher Carmicle maintains membership in the
Bluegrass Chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization
(YPO).

YPO gathers a prestigious leadership community of chief
executives to network and share business insights. In
January 2021, YPO announced a partnership with RISE, one
of the leading corporate innovation organizations in
southeast Asia. The partnership will allow the two powerful
organizations to combine networks and resources to amplify
their positive impact on startups worldwide.

the region to accelerate innovation, helping improve
outcomes for more than 400 companies to date. The YPO
partnership aims to help drive one percent GDP growth in
Southeast Asia, which has endured devastating economic
