AIESEC is working aligned to the Sustainable Development Goals, therefore, developed the YouthSpeak
Project. It project aims to recruit the best foreign interns who will work directly with organizational
development at companies, striving for achieve the Goal number 8 (Good Jobs and Economic Growth) that
points to incentivize the economic growth by assuring and sustaining employees’ satisfaction due to work
environment and high productivity.
Youth Speak Project
The world needs leadership working for poverty alleviation,
change inequalities and climate changes. To transform this
needs in actions, world leaders gathered on last September
25th at UN’s headquarter in New York City to define the
Sustainable Development Goals, aiming till 2030 achieve Social
Progress, Economic Growth and Environmental Protection.
How do you, candidate, can
develop yourself in this project?
By executing this project, you can expect the development of
the following leadership skills:
Relationship-building with other collaborators, sharing responsibilities,
extracting and managing information related to the company's
performance;
Train you perspective, understand your role in the company and life-
experience learning.
Exploring ths Sustainable Development Goal 8, executing a project
striving for offer a better place to work with clear development steps.
Identify gaps regarding organizational culture, diagnose and offer
solutions;
Training and capacitation regarding
organizational culture
Professional experience in a start-up
Strive for clear measures of success: working for retention
rates improvements and standards and satisfaction in a
workplace

AIESEC in Brazil’s Requirements
We are looking for
people from Argentina,
Colombia and Peru to be
part of this project! Besides the traditional follow-up realized by AIESEC
focused in leadership development of our interns, for this
project we count on our partnership with Kailo, a company
specialized in facilitation that is going to own a central role
in train and capacitate our interns, supporting with content,
methodologies for organizational culture mapping,
diagnoses and development.

How is going to happen?
The benefits include: free hosting, meal and
transportation during in working days.
Our support includes picking up at airport,
advices for activities, Portuguese classes
and buddies.
We will interview the final candidates till
next May 18th-19th.
The candidates selected will be informed
till May 20th.
The companies are not going to make a
decision upon the candidates, AIESEC
will, making it faster and clearer in terms
of expectations and feedbacks.
We will have interns divided in different
companies to perform their projects..
Weekly AIESEC will gather all the trainees to
get review the project, results, define next
steps and get feedbacks.
TIMELINE
Week 1: Induction to city, IPS, preparation with Kailo and AIESEC, getting to know the other trainees,
reviewing project goals, timeline, routines, personal planning, company’s induction.
Logistics Alignements
Visa, arriving dates,
benefits, rights and duties
alignments
Preparing to execute
Aligning the project
timeline, materials used,
induction to the company’s
reality, methodology
definition, etc.
Weeks 2, 3 e 4: applying organizational diagnoses methodology, database analyses, working with
other collaborators, mapping and understanding the workplace.
Weeks 5,6 e 7: reviewing the results gathered, aligning priorities, construct proposals to evolve
organizational culture;
Week 8: final deliver and report presentation for the people involved in the project.
Important: weekly will be done a physical meeting between AIESEC team and the interns out the company to review the week
activities, next steps definitionand benchmarkingwith all the interns involved.

Besides the traditional follow-up realized by AIESEC focused in leadership development of our interns, for this project we count on our partnership with Kailo, a company specialized in facilitation that is going to own a central role in train and capacitate our interns, supporting with content, methodologies for organizational culture mapping, diagnoses and development.   • 5. How is going to happen? The benefits include: free hosting, meal and transportation during in working days. Our support includes picking up at airport, advices for activities, Portuguese classes and buddies. We will interview the final candidates till next May 18th-19th. The candidates selected will be informed till May 20th. The companies are not going to make a decision upon the candidates, AIESEC will, making it faster and clearer in terms of expectations and feedbacks. We will have interns divided in different companies to perform their projects.. Weekly AIESEC will gather all the trainees to get review the project, results, define next steps and get feedbacks.

TIMELINE Week 1: Induction to city, IPS, preparation with Kailo and AIESEC, getting to know the other trainees, reviewing project goals, timeline, routines, personal planning, company’s induction. Logistics Alignements Visa, arriving dates, benefits, rights and duties alignments Preparing to execute Aligning the project timeline, materials used, induction to the company’s reality, methodology definition, etc. Weeks 2, 3 e 4: applying organizational diagnoses methodology, database analyses, working with other collaborators, mapping and understanding the workplace. Weeks 5,6 e 7: reviewing the results gathered, aligning priorities, construct proposals to evolve organizational culture; Week 8: final deliver and report presentation for the people involved in the project. Important: weekly will be done a physical meeting between AIESEC team and the interns out the company to review the week activities, next steps definitionand benchmarkingwith all the interns involved.
