2. Artificial intelligence
AI is data displayed by machines, this term is
used when a machine mimics cognitive
functions that humans associate with ‘learning’
and ‘problem solving’. AI is a useful tool for
using attendees past digital behaviours to tailor
their event experience.

3. Augmented Reality
This is a live direct or indirect view of a real-
world environment where the elements are
augmented by a computer-generated input. AR
technology is particularly useful in bringing
event invitations and collateral to life.

4. Data Tag
One piece of contact information such as name,
title or company which can then be used to
personalise communications. This can be a big
time-saver for emails, mail outs, invitations,
name tags and much more.

5. Multi-Path Registration
A registration process that allows attendees to
choose different paths through which to register
for an event. It also ensures attendees only have
to complete registration fields relevant to their
participation. This is a great way to kick off an
event with a positive attendee interaction.

6. Virtual Reality
A computer technology which uses virtual
reality headsets or multi-projected
environments, sometimes in combination with
physical environments or props, to generate
realistic images and sounds to simulate a users
physical presence in an imaginary environment.

7. Web Conferencing +
video
Web-based video is available anywhere with an
internet connection and can be live-streamed or
pre-recorded. This can grow your event attendance
without having any more people in the physical
venue, it also extend the life of your event by
making recorded segments available.

8. White Label Event App
A mobile solution which allows attendees to
navigate and engage with events in increasingly
convenient ways. Event Apps can be created
with bespoke branding and completely tailored
to your attendees journey from pre-event
through to post-event follow up.
