The customers can add on to their frozen yogurt, any desired 
toppings of their choise, creating their own unique combination. 
Toppings are selected based on the highest quality and taste 
criteria. A wide variety of toppings are offered, including: 
Hot sauces - Chocolate ripples - nuts - Preserves - Fresh 
fruits - Cereals - Syrups & m any others 
We have a wide range of mouthwatering waffles, such as 
Classic waffle, Chocolate waffle, fruit waffle & fresco waffle 
and also many fresco’s such as Parfait, cereal cup and fruit 
salad which is also ideal for a healthy breakfast.

A tasty blend of Low fat Yogurt, Low Fat Milk, & Fresh Fruits 
create 16Oz of Flavourful Yogurt smoothies such as: 
French Vanilla - Strawberry Banana - Mixed Berries 
Mango - Pom egranate - Chocolate & Fresco Smootie. 
BEVERAGES - FRESH JUICES , 
FLAVORED TEA AND COFFEES 
The new “hotspot” of our store is the fresh juice station, 
offering more than 06 different fresh juice combinations. such 
as:

OUR 
FROZEN YOGURT 
Yogurt in the plain, nonfat or low-fat form, can 
be part of a healthful diet. It is low in calories 
and packed with calcium and live bacterial 
cultures. 
Our strained yogurt in particular which is 
strained extensively to remove much of the 
liquid whey, lactose, and sugar, giving it its thick 
consistency - does have an undeniable edge. In 
roughly the same amount of calories, it can pack 
up to double the protein, as the saying goes 
health is wealth. 
Light as air and refreshing, made from strained 
yogurt and fresh milk 1.5% fat, our Frozen 
Yogurt is pro life as it’s full of prebiotics which 
help our body function well. Absolutely healthy 
and light as we don’t use sugar, only fructose 
and therefore is not fattening although it is an 
incredibly tasty temptation that can be safely 
consumed by adults and children. 
PROTEIN 
Yogurt is high in protein, which helps promote 
fullness. A typical 8-ounce serving contains 18 
to 22 grams, the amount in 2 to 3 ounces of 
lean meat. That makes it particularly appealing 
to vegetarians, who sometimes struggle to get 
enough of the nutrient. An identical serving of 
regular yogurt, on the other hand, provides 
just 9 grams, meaning you may feel hunger 
pangs sooner. 
CARBOHYDRATES 
A smart choice for low-carb dieters. It contains 
roughly half the carbs as the regular kind—5 to 
8 grams per serving compared with 13 to 17. 
Plus, the straining process removes some of 
the milk sugar, lactose, making Greek yogurt 
less likely to upset the lactose-intolerant. 
SODIUM 
A serving of yogurt averages 50 milligrams of 
sodium—about half the amount in most brands 
of the regular kind. Too much salt can boost 
blood pressure and increase the risk of other 
heart problems. 
CALCIUM 
A 8-ounce cup typically supplies about 20% of 
the daily recommendation.

Toppings are selected based on the highest quality and taste criteria. A wide variety of toppings are offered, including: Hot sauces - Chocolate ripples - nuts - Preserves - Fresh fruits - Cereals - Syrups & m any others We have a wide range of mouthwatering waffles, such as Classic waffle, Chocolate waffle, fruit waffle & fresco waffle and also many fresco’s such as Parfait, cereal cup and fruit salad which is also ideal for a healthy breakfast. YOGURT SMOOTHIES A tasty blend of Low fat Yogurt, Low Fat Milk, & Fresh Fruits create 16Oz of Flavourful Yogurt smoothies such as: French Vanilla - Strawberry Banana - Mixed Berries Mango - Pom egranate - Chocolate & Fresco Smootie.   • 9. OUR FROZEN YOGURT Yogurt in the plain, nonfat or low-fat form, can be part of a healthful diet. It is low in calories and packed with calcium and live bacterial cultures. Our strained yogurt in particular which is strained extensively to remove much of the liquid whey, lactose, and sugar, giving it its thick consistency - does have an undeniable edge. In roughly the same amount of calories, it can pack up to double the protein, as the saying goes health is wealth. Light as air and refreshing, made from strained yogurt and fresh milk 1.5% fat, our Frozen Yogurt is pro life as it’s full of prebiotics which help our body function well. Absolutely healthy and light as we don’t use sugar, only fructose and therefore is not fattening although it is an incredibly tasty temptation that can be safely consumed by adults and children. PROTEIN Yogurt is high in protein, which helps promote fullness. A typical 8-ounce serving contains 18 to 22 grams, the amount in 2 to 3 ounces of lean meat. That makes it particularly appealing to vegetarians, who sometimes struggle to get enough of the nutrient. An identical serving of regular yogurt, on the other hand, provides just 9 grams, meaning you may feel hunger pangs sooner. CARBOHYDRATES A smart choice for low-carb dieters. It contains roughly half the carbs as the regular kind—5 to 8 grams per serving compared with 13 to 17. Plus, the straining process removes some of the milk sugar, lactose, making Greek yogurt less likely to upset the lactose-intolerant. SODIUM A serving of yogurt averages 50 milligrams of sodium—about half the amount in most brands of the regular kind. Too much salt can boost blood pressure and increase the risk of other heart problems. CALCIUM A 8-ounce cup typically supplies about 20% of the daily recommendation. PAGE 7
