DETAILED EXPERIENCE 1.Dynac (M)Sdn Bhd Position : Project Engineer/Electrical Engineer July 2009 till Present Areas of responsibilities : • Responsible as Project Engineer for all matter pertaining to project and site, including review project specification, and establish execution work plan. • Supervise, monitor and control overall progress for areas responsibility and provide problem solving solution and decision for project related issues. • Guide, train, and monitor project and site personal in work execution and all related issues to ensure compliance and continual improvement to project/site requirement, quality, as well as HSE regulation. • Liaison with clients, consultant, contractors and authorities. • Coordinate and maximize resources between engineering, drafting, and site to meet project commitment. • To manage and allocate manpower resources, and analyze work load, manpower loading and work progress with Project Manager in order to meet schedule. • Responsible as Commissioning Engineer to lead and carry out overall HVAC System Testing and Commissioning including all HVAC equipment, HVAC Motor Control Center and PLC panel, Air Cooled Split Unit System, as well as air and water balancing. Additional responsibilities at site: • Preparation of commissioning document and factory testing document. • Trouble shooting of malfunction of HVAC system. • To perform site survey for HVAC system such as main equipment, room pressurization for LQ and CCR and related. • Review and update for project drawing (red-line mark-up). • Coordinate and Monitoring Electrical & Instrumentation Installation & Cable pulling during fabrication Works. • Inspections of receiving project materials. • Monitor, Inspection and expedite contractor activity during installations works as per specifications and requirement. • Responsible to check and inspect all the installation for Cable Ladder / Tray, Earthing , Cable pulling & Laying, Fabrication of Support, Equipment Skid Frame, Termination etc accordance as per requirements. • Rise up Fabrication Punchlist, NCR and Pre-Commissioning Punchlist during Fabrications and Pre-com. activity.
