recognition and neural networks technology. The technical method of artificial vision” optical characteristic
recognition” (OCR) is utilized for the recognition of plate number.
• Also it can transform the information about vehicles between the reality and information systems.
• The objective of the project is to make the computer able to recognize the plate number and compare it with

preserved database and make a decision for the vehicles to enter the parking area or not.
• Also it takes in to account the time needed to recognize the plate number and to work outdoor at the toughest
