LAUNCH EVENT
On a glorious afternoon, property investors flocked to
the second launch event of the exclusive lifestyle estate
Clara Anna Fontein.The experience related to estate living – a
combination of contemporary design complimented by the
beautiful natural surroundings of the area.
The overall look-and- feel of the event was rustic and natural with
hints of current trends carried through in the furniture, décor
and styling elements.The private, outdoor event was organized
under a stretch tent between the existing historic buildings and
surrounded by lush open areas, protected wetlands and a private
game reserve...

V&A WATERFRONT STORE OPENING
It was an evening of glitz and glamour at the opening event of
theV&AWaterfront LouisVuitton store. We transformed one of
the shopping mall entrances into a LouisVuitton encounter area.
Guests were treated with valet parking on arrival, a red carpet
experience and bubbly with caviar into the night.
Décor elements were refined to the exclusive colour palette and
signature LouisVuitton icon.The hanging decorative elements
were such a hit that theV&AWaterfront Centre management
requested that they remain for another 3 months after the event...

HARD HAT EVENT
One winters day in June some curious guests were introduced
toThe Century City Conference Centre and Hotel construction
site. A modern, construction themed environment was created for
the official Hard Hat Event.The tour included venue orientation and
speeches followed by a surprise Parkour performance by specialist
dancers.
There was a fun play on the construction feel with raw elements
including furniture, wheelbarrows filled with ice and beverages and
delicious food to compliment the concept. A highlight of the evening
was entertainment by the Delft Band (an NGO), conducted by Ian
Smith and providing upliftment to vulnerable youths in CapeTown
through music...
9. GLACIER BY SANLAM | SANLAM INVESTMENTS
I N V E S T M E N T I N T E L C O N F E R E N C E
All the delegates gathered together for a day conference
hosted by Glacier by Sanlam and Sanlam Investments at the
CTICC.The Investment Intel conference posed the question: are we
on the cusp of a new investment age and speakers offered a fresh
perspective on developments within the financial world.
We provided the environment design for the conference room
including layout, staging, lighting and AV. Event management

The space boasted private air-conditioned boardrooms that were
used as a theatre for larger presentations too. Four lounges, a
professional concierge service, a bar and a barista ensured that
visitors could maximize networking opportunities...
The expansive pavilion for the AustralianTrade Commission
towered proudly amongst the Investing in African Mining
Indaba expo. A footprint of 252m2 with an additional mezzanine of
108m2 and overhead branding provided an impactful networking
platform befitting the occasion.Visitors were welcomed at
reception and interacted in the informal and formal meeting areas.
12. DGB BESPOKE EXHIBITION STAND
A world- class brand experience was created for this key international
event with design and attention to detail a high priority.
The exhibition stand itself was open and inviting and the offset of
striking visuals, both backlit and scrolling on large format screens
and wooden veneers ensured a striking presence and product
representation at the show…
Awonderful campaigned developed by XZIBIT and entitled
“DoesYour Nose Know”, engaged visitors at the DGB exhibit
at CapeWine in a very exciting way. A competition required expo
goers to match various scents housed in an array of test tubes to
specific wines communicated via a tasting wheel.
13. O A N D O T R A D E S H O W S TA N D
Once upon a time there were two brand activators who were
very adventurous.They adorned custom headpieces as a
feature of their attire, including oil based, black body paint to
communicate the Oando PLC iconic imagery.
The activation on the stand at the 21st Africa OilWeek was a big
hit for one of Africa’s largest integrated energy solutions providers.
The stand was designed and produced in order to attract attention
and invite visitors to the networking lounge...
15. R E D B U L L B R A N D A C T I VAT I O N
This roadshow certainly gave our client wings! An exciting draw
card was the F1 racing game where adrenaline junkies enjoyed
some competition.The concept for the Red Bull travelling expo was
fresh, exceptionally slick and very sexy.
The organic lattice inspired exhibition stand provided an innovative
environment to engage with customers at trade shows with a hip,
crisp white presentation lounge.Visitors accessed the Red Bulletin
magazine, browsed digital catalogues conveniently positioned on
customized iPad stations and watched some pretty awesome ads
on wall-mounted screens.
The extremely popular Red Bull energy drinks were available in the
cooler display underneath the extraordinary 3.45m high bulkhead...
16. Agolden willow tree stood in the middle of a magical garden-
where special little girls and boys hunted for their favourite
Lindt treats.The famous Lindt Gold Bunny Hunt created a stir
amongst shoppers at Cavendish Square in CapeTown and Fourways
Mall in Jhb.
The set provided an activation for the brand to leverage consumer
marketing and promote their delicious chocolates.The activation
included a photo booth featuring a swing for children to enjoy.
A social media campaign generated interest as the public were
encouraged to take photographs of themselves and upload
these to various social media platforms using the hashtag
#LindtGoldBunnySA...
