End to End e-Transac�on Delivery
Electronic services from Government are
generally focused on three cons�tuents –
ci�zens, businesses and interna�onal
stakeholders – and support service delivery to
them through a single (or mul�ple) on-line
interface(s). Ini�ally this entails the provision of
information on relevant government services
However, with XHUMA, Governments can move
to enabling complete on-line ci�zen and business
transactions, including on-line appointments and
payments.
Business Services
Organisa�onal Registries
Many Ministries and State bodies act as
authori�es over a par�cular sector or area of
concern. As such persons or business en��es
opera�ng in that space must register with the
Ministry. Registries may include land, people,
and business databases, of different sorts.
XHUMA Government facilitates the registra�on
of cons�tuent en��es with their relevant
authority, and provides tools for licence
management, fee payment, informa�on
exchange and cer�fica�ons. Registries can be
kept internal to government or made available to
the public – depending on policy – and persons’

On-Line Payment Tracking
In the digital age, ci�zens and businesses expect the
convenience of submi�ng payments on-line. For Ministries
and State Bodies however, the hassle of understanding
secure encryp�on and maintaining API compliance can be
prohibi�ve.
XHUMA includes online payment and revenue tracking
modules which enable ci�zens, businesses and
interna�onal stakeholders to pay fees on-line. It also comes
with a suite of analy�c tools to determine revenue by
service or fee type, unverified payments, payments by
loca�on, etc.
E-Procurement
An exci�ng feature of XHUMA is its ability to support e-
procurement. XHUMA can register and pre-qualify poten�al
vendors on-line. Once registered in their par�cular area of
exper�se, the Government Agency can begin to push bids,
tenders, RFPs EOI’s and other types of opportuni�es to
them which they receive into their “Opportuni�es Inbox”.
The pla�orm comes with on-line plumbing which enables
the Agency to adhere to procurement transparency
guidelines. It also facilitates the issue of bidder clarifica�on
updates, the receipt of bids on-line, on-line evalua�on
assessment, closing of bids, and award the tender
opportunity, and the ability to communicate as well with
unsuccessful bidders as appropriate.
