2. Use Numbers
When writing ad copy, people are attracted to numbers. If you have been online for
sometime, or even a small amount of time, you probably see headlines like “3 Secrets
To…” or “7 Steps To…”. This is no accident because in writing ad copy, people literally
gravitate towards numbers, dollar amounts, percentages, and so forth. I mean, what is the

I learned this technique from an 8-figure Internet marketer and it is amazing. When
writing ad copy, actually use dialogue by using quotation marks around sentences. When
you do this, you aren’t telling the story from your perspective anymore, you are an
outsider looking in to what is being said. Also, if you received a text message, write it out
exactly how it was sent to you.
4. Use Powerful Language
Writing ad copy is all about writing powerful words that sell. Words like “Secrets,”
“Formula,” “Critical,” “Secrets,” “Important,” “Buy Now,” “Click Here,” and so fort are
all words that hit on triggers within us. For example, a headline that says, “Learn How A
Broke 24 Year Old Used His 5 Year Old Laptop To Generate His First 5-Figure Month
Online.” That headline will grab your attention and you will want to keep reading on.
5. Call To Action
The most important part of writing ad copy is the call to action. You can tell a great story,
give all the benefits and features, but if you don’t tell people to buy now, they won’t. You
have to tell people exactly what to do or they simply won’t do it.

highest paid profession today. I know that’s a bold claim but guys like Dan Kennedy can
charge upwards of 6-figures to write the copy and keep a percentage of the profits from

For example, a headline that says, “Learn How A Broke 24 Year Old Used His 5 Year Old Laptop To Generate His First 5-Figure Month Online.” That headline will grab your attention and you will want to keep reading on. 5. Call To Action The most important part of writing ad copy is the call to action. You can tell a great story, give all the benefits and features, but if you don’t tell people to buy now, they won’t.
