an E&O policy with no deductible for claims arising from flood insurance placements with Wright
Flood. For agencies with more than $250,000 in annual revenues, Rockwood has created an exclusive
agreement with Protective Specialty, an “A+” (Superior) rated carrier, providing a specifically reduced
deductible, as low as $2,500, on claims arising from Flood Insurance placements with Wright Flood.
Rockwood provides Wright Flood agents with access to the following features:

Q: Will the E&O policy have no deductible at all?
A: The level of deductible waiver offered depends on the individual risk characteristics of the agency.
Accounts eligible for placement within Rockwood’s in-house Beazley facility will not pay any
deductible on losses arising from business written through Wright Flood. Rockwood has also
negotiated special terms with other select markets to provide a deductible step-down for Wright
Flood-placed losses. This reduction could be as much as 80%. Certain restrictions apply. Please
speak with your underwriter for more details.
Q: Is the agency subject to a maximum percentage of business placed with Demotech-rated carriers
for the insolvency carve back to apply?
A:
No.
Q: What is the turn-around time for quotes?
A: We will strive to have quotes returned within 72 business hours from receipt of a
completed application.
Q: Can a start-up agency be eligible for coverage?
A: Yes, however, the agency may be required to demonstrate sufficient expertise in Flood insurance.
