Formerly Code Named Stratus, The World Standings
Network (or WSN for short) is video gaming’s
destination for competitive players of indie games.
WSN is the first global leaderboard, exclusively for
indie games. At WSN players can submit world record
high score attempts and follow the best players of a
game.
3. Eligibility
WSN is open only to Indie Game Developers. (Other
game eligibility requirements may apply)
Indie Game Developer Status Requirement:
• An annual gross revenue less than 100,000 USD.
Game Requirement:
• WSTR-1 & WSAoP.
4. Benefits
WSN allows indie developers to focus on building
great games while WSN chronicles game high scores
and achievements in play.
5. Benefits
WSN allows gamers to submit high score attempts on
or offline or online from any platform (Arcade,
Console, Cellular, Desktop and Mobile).
Offline submission requires little more than the
creation of a Tournament Mode.
6. The “Stratus Wave”
Selection of games for inclusion in WSN is called
induction. WSN will offer secondary waves of
induction for a limited number of partner developers in
2014 as WSN ramps up and wide induction in 2015 and
beyond.
Initial partner developers will have input on the
expansion of WSN and feature suggestion.
