   What is Knowledge Sharing

    – Knowledge sharing is an activity through which knowledge (i.e. information,
skills, or expertise) is exchanged among people, a community or an
        organization.
        organization

   What is Intuitive Innovation

    – For each customer, to create a customized solution for each problem, using
the intuition we have about what is he/she expecting

Why are these key components on Innovation

    – More open networks, with many weak ties and social connections, are more
likely to introduce new ideas and opportunities to their members than closed
        networks with many redundant ties

    – On
O tourism, people and their capability to create services according to

Objective: For each customer, to create a customized solution for
each problem using the intuition we have about what is he/she
        problem,
   expecting
Precedent concept: Emerging Innovation is an innovation that is
part of regular work and is materialized through a specific
solution that is chosen in each case to meet customer needs,
   without having a p
                 g previous p planning.
                                     g
Intuitive innovation: emerging innovation where intuition is the key
   to understand customer service perception.
Process phases (example: tomato allergic for dinner):
    1. Watch
    2. Imagine
    3. Focus / decide
    4. Empower
    5. Implement

For each customer, to create a customized solution for each
   problem,
problem using the intuition we have about what is he/she

   Role Playing
    – Waiter
    – Customer (woman)
                 ( )
   It’s 3 p.m. in a small town
There are 2 bars in town the other one is too far to go walking

   A pregnant woman g
p g gets in the bar

16 Two key components on Innovation
Workshop C: Intuitive Innovation
       p

   What was your intuition?
Is the woman happy with your reaction? Do you think she will
remember the bar, or the destination, in the future?
Do you think you solved the situation fine?
What do you think you should have done better?
    1. Watch
         W t h

    3. Focus / decide
    4. Empower
    5. Implement

The point is to develop these process phases enough times in order for them to be
