This document provides a toolkit for Minnesota employers to establish a sustainable workplace wellness initiative. It outlines six key steps to developing and implementing an effective program: 1) securing leadership support, 2) convening a wellness committee, 3) developing a vision and brand, 4) conducting assessments and collecting data, 5) developing and implementing a wellness plan, and 6) evaluating the program. The goal is to create a "culture of health" through policy, systems, and environmental changes that support employees in making healthy lifestyle choices.
