2. Hi, I’m Richard. I’m a UX Writer.
I’ve created user-first content for over 4 years. I design content that tries its best to
empathize. I focus on how a feature can be useful so users can get a job done.
I’ve done work for companies such as LG, Samsung Business, Hyundai Mobis, etc. I’ve
worked on everything from naming features to figuring out if a color is purple or
violet. It’s purple by the way.
I’m not the best on my own. I rely on the strengths of designers, developers, product
managers, etc., to create strength for my own work. I’m a work in progress but I’m
definitely getting better.

were geared for the Korean version.
• LG’s copy style tends to be:
• More neutral than casual.
• More concise.

1. X means delete within the design but a widget has an X
even though the widget is not deleted after tapping the X.
2. In the app trash, there is a trash icon that is supposed to
signify emptying the trash.
