1. Clarify your vision and goals
• How has the team understood the parent organization's vision to
life? (Why, How, What) Simon Sinek wach Tedtalks
• How do our work affect the visions? What is expected of us?
• What must we do?
• What can we stop doing?
Tip: Use some time on this.
My experience is that people perceive the goals and visions
very different. Use time on the mission statement and vision.
This will enable the team to focus on the same task and reduce
conflicts later.
2. What are our core tasks (Team)
Technical follow-up Information Support Project support Training
3
TIP: Prioritize the important main areas first. Don't have too many
Do not discuss who should be in charge of the different core tasks in this
phase. Build the shared understanding and establish the goals..
Example
3. Who will be in charge of what?
Teknisk oppfølging
Programoppdatering

TIP:
1. Make sure that the team prioritizes all the activities that
support the main area first
2. Put person responsible for the main area (unique color for
each person)
3. Put color on all the activities in the model
Make sure that even if a person are responsible for the main
deliverance, all members must deliver to reach the goal. On
each activity there must be made a action plan.
4. Activities to reach goals and reporting (who does what when?)
