Acting as a Logistics traffic /Customs coordinator in the Supply Chain
Contracts coordinator for majors ETA Inbound/ outbound Operations into Canada /USA/

My main duties are not limited to evaluating the traffic inbound /outbound processes
and optimizing and evaluating our Freight Fowarders (carriers) by assessing and
overseeing the ongoing tasks daily basis.

Responsible for implementing the Purolator ERP system in all our retail stores in
Canada.
Responsible for all courier companies accounts (Purolator. UPS, TCI, DHL, ...etc. )
Ensure that our Freight Forwarder entered our shipment under bonded entry our shipment
destinated to the US entity when the cargo contains also Canadian orders.
Manage all the Customs project and punch analysis scheduling of all extract of type 21
after receiving the A8A before shipping into the US.
Customs documents control with approval for all samples shipments all over the world
Ensure cost, total quantity received, is matching on the documents before payment
process.
Working closely with Finance department and make sure they are following the final
updated decision makes.
Responsible of matching finance dep and Logistics team before payment process for
Inbound/Outbound.
Choose the best and cheaper courier carrier according to their rates.
