Jenn Lim, CEO of Delivering Happiness, gave a presentation on building a culture of happiness in businesses and communities. She discussed how Zappos achieved success with happiness as its core business model by committing to its values, transparency, vision, relationships, and hiring the right team. Lim presented frameworks for happiness from research and outlined Delivering Happiness' work helping companies improve culture and communities through its People, Companies, Communities approach. The goal is spreading happiness in a scientific, business, and human sense.
