Samridhi Pathak completed a 1.5 month marketing internship at Good Space from November 2021 to January 2022. She was assigned to get 100 registrations on the Good Space app and attended regular meetings with her mentor and other interns. The internship helped her gain communication skills and insight into the hiring process. While the experience was enriching, communication between interns and managers could be improved. Working from home limited her real-world interactions compared to in-person work.

The internship opportunity I had with “Aasmaan Foundation” was a great chance for learning and professional development. Therefore, I consider myself a very lucky individual as I was provided with an opportunity to be a part of it. I am also grateful for having a chance to meet so many wonderful people and professionals who led me though this internship period.
I am using this opportunity to express my deepest gratitude and special thanks to “Munish Pundir” “Director “who despite being extraordinarily busy with “her/his” duties, took time out to hear, guide, and keep me on the correct path and allowing me to carry out my internship at their esteemed organization.
I further want to thank Prof. Shikha Gera, who helped me to better understand concepts of professionalism and become a better person and employee in my life.
I would also like to thank my parents and friends who helped me a lot during my life and this internship period. I perceive this opportunity as a big milestone in my career development. I will strive to use gained skills and knowledge in the best possible way, and I will continue to work on their improvement, to attain desired career objectives. Hope to continue cooperation with all of you in the future.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This report is based on my 1.5 months internship with the firm Good Space starting from 23rd
November 2021 to 4th
January 2022 as per the course requirement under the Jindal Global
Business School.
The aim of winter internship was to understand the work culture of the company and participate
in it which will ultimately help me in adapting to the corporate work culture. The objective of
this internship was to make me understand the philanthropic section of our studies that will
further be guiding light in my own choices both personally and professionally.
The report also sheds light on the work that I have accomplished in the internship duration with
the company Good space. Because of the current Covid pandemic situation, the internship was
WFM (Work From Home).

INTRODUCTION
GoodSpace is a platform to find Fulltime, Work from Home or Freelance work opportunities
with thousands of employers worldwide. It is an IT service and IT consulting firm that was
founded in 2019. Its headquarters are in New Delhi, India. Founder of this extraordinary firm is
Vinay Pasricha.
With GoodSpace, people can Recruit with Confidence and Hire instantly. They have completely
reimagined the hiring/finding work process to bring in line with current day requirements of
speed & transparency.
The dynamics of the workplace have totally changed in the last decade and more so after the
pandemic, global teams that are flexible and agile have become the norm. Most of the current job
search/freelancing platforms were conceived a few decades ago when the situation was different.
These are too cumbersome, slow, and inefficient to effectively meet current-day requirements not
only of the employers/ hirers but also of those who wish to find work painlessly.
9. 9
ORGANIZATION OVERVIEW
Goodspace hires a lot of people around the world which includes interns as well.
Vinay Pasricha, the chairman of WLC, College, is the brains behind GoodSpace. Vinay Pasricha
has previously held positions as Director of Orange Technology Pvt. Ltd and Cube
Communications Pvt. Ltd. He is currently leading GoodSpace's rapid expansion. Mr. Vinay has
experience in developing, growing, and managing a variety of enterprises on a national level. He
has led firms in the fields of information technology, online directories, software, and corporate
training and education to success.
The leadership team of GoodSpace has three core members. Malobika Sengupta is the direction
operator and Adesh Gupta is the Vice-President of the company. These people carry out the main
operations of the company.
There are around 15 team members who work for the different departments of the company. My
mentor, Mr. Raj Chaddhva is the marketing executive of the company and carries out all the
marketing related tasks. People like Peyush Bansal (Founder and CEO of Lenskart) and Ajit
Singh (former senior advisor of Tata Trust) are a part of the advisory board of the company.
10. 10
JOB PROFILE
I was a part of the marketing team. My marketing head, Mr. Chaddhva had assigned me the task
of getting 100 registrations on the good space app. This helped me in learning new marketing
strategies, interacting with new people and getting the assigned tasks done in the given period.
I had regular meetings with other interns who were also a part of the marketing interns' team. We
had meetings with our mentor once a week during which he assigned us tasks and gave us goals
to complete for the next week. Mr. Chaddhva used to provide us all with marketing strategies on
how to approach new people and how to achieve the desired goals faster. He stressed a lot on
verbal and non-verbal communication skills throughout the meetings.
11. 11
MY EXPERIENCE
The internship helped me in several ways and helped me gain a lot of confidence in the areas of
communication, both verbal and nonverbal. The experience was enriching for me and I feel very
fortunate being a part of the GoodSpace Firm.
The internship also helped me in understanding things like what are the important things which
they look out for an employee in the firm, moreover it also helped me umm the use GoodSpace
portal and how it can be beneficial to find any kind of jobs or internships.
12. 12
SUGGESTIONS
I feel all the events and meetings during my internship were helpful and my mentor, Mr. Raj
Chaddhva was quite supportive throughout the whole internship.
The mutual communication among interns and managers was a little slow and it took quite a lot
of time to clear up my doubts. Hence, Communication among everyone is the only concern that
needs to be improved.
LIMITATIONS
13. 13
As my internship included all the work related to marketing and contacting new people on daily
basis, work from home restricted me from having real world interactions with people which
would have given me more exposure of the work and would have also helped me boost my
confidence level more.
