Conclusion and Findings
In the duration of my 6 day internship at Arvind, I imbibed many things to
which I was never exposed before:
 From fetching the raw material to the finished product shipped.
 Practical aspects of industry and its environment.
 How production function of Management works
 Understanding the processes involved in textile denim production.
 Would like to give suggestion for:
-Full utilization of capacity.
In my opinion the USP of Arvind is its
 - Quality standards,
 - Innovations and
 - Its ability to produce extensively.

Production Planning & Control System All the functions of production of denim is being controlled by a centralized system i.e. PPC System . -It is being integrated with the marketing and production department. -Task scheduling. -Material resource planning. -Process selection & planning. -Capacity planning. - Follow up and execution.

Conclusion and Findings In the duration of my 6 day internship at Arvind, I imbibed many things to which I was never exposed before:  From fetching the raw material to the finished product shipped.  Practical aspects of industry and its environment.  How production function of Management works  Understanding the processes involved in textile denim production.  Would like to give suggestion for: -Full utilization of capacity. In my opinion the USP of Arvind is its  - Quality standards,  - Innovations and  - Its ability to produce extensively.
