This document provides advice on when and how to hire a growth hacker. It recommends: 1) Not hiring a growth hacker immediately, but rather after establishing marketing teams and being able to afford a growth hacker for at least 6 months. 2) Testing strategies before implementing them and focusing on data analysis and interaction. 3) Using side projects and experiments that offer value to attract customers rather than interrupt them, and to spend 10% of the marketing budget on these.
