Voluntary Benefits Specialist
Jennifer Verhaeghe is a voluntary benefits
specialist with Leavitt Great West Insurance
Services. She focuses on unique strategies in
voluntary benefits for employers.
Prior to joining the agency, Jennifer worked for
an insurance carrier in the voluntary worksite
space successfully partnering with insurance
brokers and managing a team of 15 agents and
over 200 assets.
Jennifer brings a positive adaptation of the
workers comp initiative among Montana
businesses. The model she specializes in, and
it’s variations, are based on national studies
and several specific case studies, including local
scenarios. Worksite insurance programs can
provide a new way to help protect your e-mod.
Jennifer will show you how many companies
offering these type policies, even on a voluntary
basis, can realize a reduction in workers
compensation claims.
Jennifer earned a degree in marketing from Texas
Lutheran University, is a member of the National
Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU), and
is Patient Protection & Affordable Act (PPACA)
certified. She has consistently received
management excellence awards from Aflac.
