Physical development focuses on the mind, body, and soul through health and physical education. It is one of six key learning areas that incorporates an active lifestyle through physical education. The subject encourages students to develop skills and knowledge to lead healthy, active, and fulfilling lives by making positive food choices and lifestyle decisions, and teaches good decision making.
