I eat meat for three main reasons: 1) Meat is an important source of protein and nutrients for a balanced diet. It provides vitamins, minerals, and amino acids that are important for human health. 2) Humans are omnivores who have evolved to eat meat. Our bodies are well-adapted to digesting and absorbing nutrients from meat. 3) I enjoy the taste of meat. It adds flavor, texture and variety to meals that I find satisfying and enjoyable to eat.
