This document discusses the benefits of using the dyKnow software for teaching classes, including allowing all students to participate on every problem, providing individual feedback, increasing on-task time, collecting student work anonymously, providing students with class notes if absent, controlling which programs students can access, and easily preparing slides ahead of class. However, it also notes some limitations, such as the screen being too small for complicated examples, dyKnow being too slow and visually limited for some honors courses where only one problem can fit on a page, and potential computer functioning issues.
