Retired professor Dr. Timothy V. Blair functioned as the dean of the Colleges of Arts and Humanities at West Chester University in Pennsylvania. An accomplished pianist and professor of piano, Dr. Timothy Vance Blair is a Steinway Artist. Under his leadership, West Chester University received the distinction of becoming an All-Steinway School, the first educational institution in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to do so.
