About
Dr. Timothy V. Blair, Professor of Piano and Dean of the West Chester University (WCU) School of Music, brings to his role both administrative acumen and acclaimed musical talent. Timothy Blair has performed at some of the world's most prestigious concert venues including Steinway Hall in New York City; the Holywell Music Room in Oxford, England; and Guizhou University in China. While performing in Guizhou, he earned the recognition of the Chinese government, which officially named him to the University's faculty. He has also earned plaudits from U.S. federal, state, and municipal officials including U.S. Senator Robert P. Casey Jr. and Pennsylvania Senator Andrew E. Dinniman.
