What is a TS
Coordinator?
A person who has program management permissions
within Taskstream.
Who can grant TS Coordinator
permissions?
The lead contact at a school/organization is the
only person that can request TS Coordinator
permissions for a specific individual. They can
email or call in with this request, but either way, it
must come from a lead. If it does not come from a
lead, we can contact the lead ourselves or refer
the person to the lead contact.
Are there different types of
coordinators?
There are 2 types of coordinators.
-Site Coordinators and Group Coordinators
-Site Coordinators have more permissions than
Group Coordinators
-Site Coordinator permissions are usually only
given to a handful of people at the organization.
What permissions do site
coordinators have?
1. They can create templates and programs for an organization.
2. They have the ability to enroll faculty and students into a
program
3. They have access to all saved reports and permission to run
reports.
4. May have access to System Administrator.
5. They have the ability to run reports on registration and key code
activity.
6. They can manage the Field Placement database.
7. Can post to the Discussion Board and create forums.
8. The have the ability to Launch and manage surveys.
9. They can add resources to the Cybrary and post announcements
to the calendar.
10.They can create folio templates and share them with anyone in
their organization.
What permissions do group
coordinators have?
1. They can create and manage DRF templates and
programs, but only ones that they create.
2. They can run reports, but only for the programs
in which they have reporting permissions.
3. They have access to templates that have been
shared with them.
4. They can post to the Discussion Board, post
announcements, and post to the Calendar.
5. They can create and share folio templates, but
they can only be shared with DRF programs.
6. They also have access to the Field Placement
database, but cannot manage the database.

How do I enroll users into a
program?
Once a program has been created, TS
Coordinators have the ability to enroll users
into the specific program. This can be done
under the Enrollment tab within the
program.
This screen allows you to choose which type of user you
would like to enroll: Evaluators, Authors, or Managers. If
you are enrolling an Author (student) click the Authors
button.
A new window will appear
with a search field. Type the
user’s name and click
Search. Once you find the
user, you can click the
checkbox and click
Continue.
You can also enroll grant secondary permissions after a
user has been enrolled. This can be done by clicking the A,
E, or M next to the user’s name. A (Author), E (Evaluator),
M (Manager).

    How do Ienroll users into a program? Once a program has been created, TS Coordinators have the ability to enroll users into the specific program. This can be done under the Enrollment tab within the program.

    This screen allowsyou to choose which type of user you would like to enroll: Evaluators, Authors, or Managers. If you are enrolling an Author (student) click the Authors button. A new window will appear with a search field. Type the user’s name and click Search. Once you find the user, you can click the checkbox and click Continue.
