Steps in request processing are called “roles” (could be one or
various roles per administration):
Administrations with an automated processing system
Exchange of data and documents through web Services (XML or
JSON format)
Administrations with manual processing system
A screen is created in the system through which they can:
 Access information, printing it or downloading an XML or
JSON file
 Upload in the system information on
registers/permits/certificates issued
• Defines content of the file for each administration
(required data and documents)
• Processing order (successive or parallel steps,
management of rejections and request for additional
information, closure and pauses)
• Messages management (users, operators)
• Rights management (users, operators)
