In recent times, agricultural sector has returned to the forefront of development issues in Nigeria given its contribution to employment creation, sustainable food supply and provision of raw materials to other sectors of the economy. In lieu of that, this study examines the impact of agriculture on the economic growth in Nigeria using annual time series data covering the sample period of 1981 to 2018. To analyse the data collected, Autoregression Distributed Lag (ARDL) model through the bounds testing framework is employed to measure the presence of cointegrating relations between real GDP, agricultural productivity, labour force, and agricultural export. Results show the presence of both short-run and long-run relationship among the variables, and that agriculture has a positive and significant impact on economic growth in Nigeria. These findings inform the Nigerian government on the need to expedite labour force (human capital) and agricultural export (non-oil) development with the view to achieving sustainable growth and development. In addition, developing skills and competencies of labour force through capacity building in the agricultural sector will encourage research and development thereby increase the export size, hence essential for long-term growth.

USDA Loans in California: A Comprehensive Overview.pptxmarketing367770
USDA Loans in California: A Comprehensive Overview
If you're dreaming of owning a home in California's rural or suburban areas, a USDA loan might be the perfect solution. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) offers these loans to help low-to-moderate-income individuals and families achieve homeownership.
Key Features of USDA Loans:
Zero Down Payment: USDA loans require no down payment, making homeownership more accessible.
Competitive Interest Rates: These loans often come with lower interest rates compared to conventional loans.
Flexible Credit Requirements: USDA loans have more lenient credit score requirements, helping those with less-than-perfect credit.
Guaranteed Loan Program: The USDA guarantees a portion of the loan, reducing risk for lenders and expanding borrowing options.
Eligibility Criteria:
Location: The property must be located in a USDA-designated rural or suburban area. Many areas in California qualify.
Income Limits: Applicants must meet income guidelines, which vary by region and household size.
Primary Residence: The home must be used as the borrower's primary residence.
Application Process:
Find a USDA-Approved Lender: Not all lenders offer USDA loans, so it's essential to choose one approved by the USDA.
Pre-Qualification: Determine your eligibility and the amount you can borrow.
Property Search: Look for properties in eligible rural or suburban areas.
Loan Application: Submit your application, including financial and personal information.
Processing and Approval: The lender and USDA will review your application. If approved, you can proceed to closing.
USDA loans are an excellent option for those looking to buy a home in California's rural and suburban areas. With no down payment and flexible requirements, these loans make homeownership more attainable for many families. Explore your eligibility today and take the first step toward owning your dream home.
how can I sell my pi coins for cash in a pi APPDOT TECH
You can't sell your pi coins in the pi network app. because it is not listed yet on any exchange.
The only way you can sell is by trading your pi coins with an investor (a person looking forward to hold massive amounts of pi coins before mainnet launch) .
You don't need to meet the investor directly all the trades are done with a pi vendor/merchant (a person that buys the pi coins from miners and resell it to investors)
I Will leave The telegram contact of my personal pi vendor, if you are finding a legitimate one.

What is a pi merchant?
A pi merchant is someone verified by pi network team and allowed to barter pi coins for goods and services.
Since pi network is not doing any pre-sale The only way exchanges like binance/huobi or crypto whales can get pi is by buying from miners. And a merchant stands in between the exchanges and the miners.

Since pi network is not launched yet on any exchange, the only way you can sell pi coins is by selling to a verified pi merchant, and this is because pi network is not launched yet on any exchange and no pre-sale or ico offerings Is done on pi.

Greek trade a pillar of dynamic economic growth - European Business Review
Desmond Ayim-Aboagye on the Ghanaian Economy
1. "WHAT ABOUT THE 80%?
MODERNIZATION OF OTHER
IMPORTANT SECTORS OF THE
GHANAIAN ECONOMY."
THE FARMING SECTOR
2. ABSTRACT
Farmers make up of 80% of the production sector of the economy in Africa, especially,
Ghana. But their meager income and poor economic conditions impede their efforts to
increase their production capacity to an appreciable extent. It is therefore imperative
that some measures be taken in order to augment them raise their income, which will in
turn boost their economic situation and, consequently, leads to higher productivity. This
is the background in which this study is conducted to encourage and advise African
governments to aid boost production in the agricultural sector of their economy. The
aim of this study is to discover appropriate manners whereby farmers in the low and
middle income countries could be major players in the economic activities in the
country. It purports to state that, given appropriate measures, a greater proportion of
farmers in the Third World Countries, could be moved from the lower class level to
middle class level. The latter, which is the ideal indicator of political and economic
success, leads to stability in the economic domain
4. TWO IMPORTANT DEVELOPMENTS
• 1.Modernization of the Farming Sector in Ghana
• 2. Introduction of Income Insurance for Ghanaian workers
between Ages 18- 59 years Old.
5. MODERNIZATION OF THE FARMING SECTOR IN
GHANA
• Purpose: TO BRING THE GHANAIAN FARMERS TO THE CENTRAL
ROLE AS PLAYERS IN THE MODERNIZED GHANAIAN ECONOMY.
6. FARMERS
RESPONSIBILITIES
• 1. Register your farms as companies,
e.g.,
• (Rev Asante Antwi Farms, or Opanyin
Kwaku Boateng and Sons Farms
2. Give Address and direction of these
farms in your Region
3.Telephone number/numbers of the
farm owner
4. Date of Birth of this owner and
ethnicity. If many, date of births.
5. How many acres of farms do you have?
In the same area or different locations?
Provide.
BASIC RESPONSIBILITY
7. STATISTICS OF
PRODUCE
• A. How many tons/pounds of Cocoa
sold each year, 2017, 2018, 2020,
2021 and so forth? Every 3 months,
6 months, 9 months, or 12 months.
This should be updated every time
one makes sales so that comparison
can be made.
• B. How much was the total sales
during this period of sales? Sales
before expenses?
Year by Year
9. INCOME OF
FARMERS
• A. How much was the income after
expenses are deducted?
• B. How much was the real income
before tax?
• C. How much was income after tax

months, 6 months or a year are

expenses through both operating
and non-operating activities.
10. SECOND

have no educated son or relative who could send
this through the email or any credible
communication means. [False data or information

Ministry, Cocoa buying companies should have
their own credible data information of any
cocoa farmer with his registered names and
companies also registered in their system. [This
will help cross checking by Banks and Insurance
Companies. Ghana Cocoa Farm Laws Article so

12. GOVERNMENT OF GHANA (RESPONSIBILITY)
Government through Parliament shall pass a law to state that
farmers hence forth could use these information to apply for
loans, pay their income insurance premium, insure their
properties and etc. These information shall be made visible and
accessible in the country, so that for instance, President Akuffo-

for example, Rev Asante-Antwi Farms and obtain every
information about him, his activities, and his farm produce
regularly just as every bank in the country could do prior to
granting loans to a modern farmer/worker in Modern Ghana.
14. MODERN GHANAIAN FARMERS
Later, there can be a campaign to encourage (and incorporate)
all graduates who want to enter into the farming business for
them to have a guarantee income so far as one follows the
example above. With the introduction of INCOME INSURANCE,
then, every farmer could become a bread winner with regular
income to support his family, if, based on his annual yield he
could pay his insurance premium regularly monthly, quarterly,
six months or yearly.
