To be eligible to work from home, employees must meet minimum productivity and quality standards of 90% for 30 days. If eligible, employees will either be provided office systems through an IT bond where they sign for inventory, or bring their own system and have the IT team install necessary security, tracking, and portal software. All work from home employees must also sign a data security bond and adhere to regular working hours, daily sync up calls, mobile HRMS login, proper communication, and system performance checks according to company processes.
