Let me know which rooms are your first choice to use for each station. I will have a look at the room
booking caledar and book the rooms for you next week. We can use any space/room as long as it is
available and minimizes disruptions to students who are studying/in class.
• Should we create a Student Affairs/Association facebook page to create events through?
I have a Student Affairs facebook page already. I will give you access to it to manage in my absence until
a new person is hired. Please add maintaining the page to your list of weekly tasks in Student Affairs.
• Can/should we use walkies?
We have 4 walkie talkies available. You may request them if you feel it would be helpful for the event.
