 Renfrew – nearest city is Glasgow
 Twin rooms – share with another apprentice of the same gender
 Breakfast served in restaurant – self service
 Dinner - 2 course choice served in the restaurant – juice will be available on the table
 Visit from a CITB Apprenticeship Officer on a weekly basis
Facilities Available to You
 Dedicated Games Room for CITB Apprentices – Xbox 360 and games provided
 Leisure club and gym nearby – transport will be provided as agreed in advance with the
hotel
 Free parking
 WIFI
 Vending machine with various refreshments

Accommodation Rules
For Apprentices
 No alcohol will be served to under 18s – identification will be requested
 No alcohol to be brought in or consumed by under 18s
 No drugs
 Treat hotel staff and other guests with respect
 Treat other apprentices with respect
 No smoking anywhere inside the hotel – there are designated smoking areas outside
 No damage to be caused to any property belonging to the hotel, their staff or other
guests
 You must abide by hotel rules
 If you are concerned about any aspect of your accommodation – tell your AO as soon as
possible

Accommodation Rules
For the Hotel
 Hotel will report any incidents to CITB
 Apprentices under the age of 18 will only share a room with another apprentice who is also
under the age of 18 and of the same gender
 Apprentices will share a room only with another apprentice of the same gender
 Single rooms will be provided in the following circumstances:
 Gender reasons
 Medical grounds
 Provide a report log for any complaints from apprentices or CITB staff
 Provide a sign in/out sheet for apprentices
 Key hotel staff are enhanced disclosure checked
 Inform the apprentices of the name of the designated contact at the hotel – apprentices will
report any issues at the hotel to the named person

Important Information
 You will be picked up and transported to and from college every day if requested – this is
organised and paid for by CITB
 If you are unable to attend a college block you must inform CITB as soon as you know
 If you are unwell whilst attending college, you must inform your CITB Apprenticeship
Officer as soon as possible
 If you have concerns about your welfare or the welfare of other apprentices, tell your
Apprenticeship Officer
