The team is entering the polish phase of development and hopes to have the app borderline perfect before the end of the semester. This week they are focusing on completing the saving and loading tasks fully without bugs or errors. The newest version of the app was used by the client team with only a minor change request. Jonathan has contributed significantly to helping less experienced members and Justin has been working on saving, loading, and file deletion functionality.

 Work accomplishments from the week: Updated Load Screen activities, presented at UGRD,
made minor display changes to screen view.
 Personal Report: I am PM. I don’t know what else to say about it. All tasks have been
completed based on client input. We are adding to the wiki.
 Right now we are entering into polish mode. Not much coding needing to be done at this
point. I hope that before the end of the semester we can get things looking great. If not
there is after wards. But our goal is to have it borderline perfect before then.
 Project Overview
o Discussions with the client team: The newest version of the app was used by client team
with minimal change requests being the mandatory MPG field.
o Upcoming Tasks/Deadlines : end of the semester/Save Load.
o Group flow: Great. Per usual. I think if I had any other team this semester I’d be gone. I
do not know what I would do without them. Jonathan has been a lifesaver and has done
so much to help those of us with less experience.
o Greatest Risks: Meow.
 This week we are pushing for completion of saving and loading tasks in full, bug free
error free.
