A. A brief overview of the company and its products.

The company which handles a recycling product mainly. We do reuse or processing and sell
an article local people are not necessary, and to throw away.

B. How is one of the products created or used?

We company takes over garbage to take out as recyclable waste and We reuse it newly and
originally process it.

C. How does a person (customer or employee) decide what to do (what to make or what to
buy)?

At first the general visitor watches the design of the article. We decide whether We buy it to
see performance and a price next.

D. How are the products packaged?

We wrap articles in paper money and put them in vinyl and hand them to a visitor.

E. Is there a training program to teach employees or customers about the product? (How to
use it or how to make it?)

Yes. They have an employee act according to the manual of we company.

F. Is there any extra support available for employees or customers if they need it? For
example, is there a help line? Is there a FAQ (frequently asked questions)? Is your guide
multi-lingual?

Yes. Our company's guide is multi-lingual.

G. How can employees or customers contact human sources of help?

We let them give each employee radio and contact them.
