Last week, the author and their group members Janet and Femi spent their free periods taking photos to develop a storyboard for their short film. They broke down the script into individual shots and took pictures on campus to represent each scene. Their first shots showed a killer looking at someone's Facebook profile on a computer. They realized computer screens can cause glare issues in photos. The following week, they uploaded the photos and added camera angles and positioning to the storyboard. While working, the author viewed similar films and realized their genre was more thriller/drama than teen horror, as it lacked graphic violence typical of horror films. The author was not worried as further research could still help with acting and production.
