This document outlines reflection questions and prompts for someone to complete each evening during their third week of working to develop a new mindset and behaviors. They are instructed to reflect on and write about the new behaviors they are choosing to make habits, how aligning thoughts and behaviors made them feel, what they did to grow their leader mindset, and how they changed a thought or behavior for the better when aware. The feedback at the end encourages sticking with maintenance of the new mindset and continued growth.
