Physical education requires students to be physically active for at least 2 hours per week. Students must create a physical education plan to structure their activity for the school year. To get started, students should read through Week 0, complete the Week 0 Review Quiz and Make a Plan assignment, and attend the live room session.

Establishing goals
Set achievable life goals by questioning yourself about what you want to achieve in the short term like this week and the long term like in 10 years. Determine your life goals such as family, education, career, and health goals then break them down into short term milestones with detailed steps, write them down, and keep track of your progress in a journal. Remain flexible by assessing if your timeframes and milestones need adjusting as you work towards your goals. Once goals are met, celebrate your accomplishments and set new goals.

This study prospectively audited 61 migraine patients in primary care to investigate potential food intolerances and the effects of an elimination diet. Blood samples were tested for IgG antibodies to foods and around 90% of patients changed their diet based on results. At 1-2 months, 30-40% reported considerable benefit and over 60% reported migraine return when reintroducing foods. The study demonstrated potential associations between food intolerances mediated by IgG and migraine, and that dietary changes may effectively treat migraine for some patients. Further clinical studies are warranted.

Eye tremors may be an early sign of Parkinson's disease. Doctors can test for eye tremors through oculormotor testing where they monitor eye movements to detect small tremors. A study found that eye tremors were present in many participants with Parkinson's but not in those without the disease, suggesting eye tremors could help diagnose Parkinson's earlier.
